Bubulijba = Yahweh
Luŋkiñbawarr = who hits the ground to make sound
“Saboath” comes from the Hebrew tsawbaw’ (צבא) , which means wage war or serve. It also becomes the “hosts” in the phrase Lord God of Hosts, which you see in the King James Version.
The verb luŋkiñba means hit the ground to make the sound, and –warr simply turns it into an adjective.
He who lives in Christ, Christ lives in him also. He goes out into the world, his feet slapping against the ground as he searches new places wherein to proclaim the word.

Word for word, my translation is something like: I shall see them (and see) your hands out coal (on them).
